TECO could be deemed to have initiated any BK petition action indirectly by screwing over people (shareholders, vendors, landowners, etc).

Petitioners have created the TECO financial shut down
by filing the said false Brankrptcy. Petitioners claimed
a oil rig theft but never filed a Police theft report the
merits of the Bankruptcy did not matter the petitioners motive
is to financially ruin TECO business operations.
No law enforcement or court of law has said TECO has done
anything unlawful or illegal. To say TECO indirectly created
the bankruptcy is just another UNTRUTH. We must not forget
the losses TECO has experienced due to the malicious filings
of the petitioners comes out of the pockets of the investors
(millions of dollars)justice will prevail.

If TECO recovers from this financial ploy to destroy TECO
I believe investors, including myself, will again show a high interest in the future plans of TECO oil production.
