Some power problem or some thing may stop OTC trading on that day so that it makes sure there will be no run in the PPS. That's what actually happened last two times. IMO.

I am betting that Fannie and Freddie get combined into a new single entity this year. It will be a government entity with no common or preferred stocks. They will continue to operate privately just like FHA.

The current stockholders will be wiped out.
