Thanks for including that market value. $378,xxx is way too much for an empty, abused shell, even one that has no debt or other financial obligations. The PPS will go down more. That BVIG distro, IMO, is long gone, as is the money Bubba got for those shares.

The question remains: how much is nothing worth?
