Any thoughts on the low trading volume and L2 graphic Diz posted (Thank You Very Much Diz!)

May be the storm, but the South and West trade here too. Ain't going to post any conspiracy, short campaign crap. Or even mention the idea we're being held close to my simple PPS=Outstanding Shares/Annual Income formula (figured, maybe wrong, that to be right at .16 pps).

I can handle the factor of the storm, no news out from Stony Brook. No MDA announcement (down to sometime in the next 28 days).
