There will be an additional announcement in the next week or so, BION is closing on $5M - $10M supplemental financing. This will be debt financing with no additional share dilution, this will carry them well past bond funding which is great news. Also confirmed the current $2.2M financing announced earlier provides enough coverage for all parties engaged with the EPC report, there are no roadblocks or hurdles related to EPC other than simply completing the report at this point. It was also encouraging to hear that in the next announcement they will provide a timeline, this is a first which provides more confidence this company is close to really happening.
