Focused on specific words because it's mostly BS being posted that doesn't reflect the actual truth. People always seem to post half truths to cause more problems. Maybe it's for personal gain or for a third party, but you will get more credibility if the truth isn't stretched. Tell me why my shares are there and have been for sometime. Would it be the company doing the clearing for certain brokers?

The co. is the problem here. No Full-DTC-Eligibility will equal little to no vol & no converted shares for those with major or full brokerages.
