Ok. To clear up your misinformation, you can't just add up the form 4s because you need to understand that multiple form 4s are submitted for each transaction. Then you need to understand that key members changed resulted in less form 4s needed per transaction.

Again dispersing doesn't mean selling. The misinformation here is not noting that the later shares were dispersed to directors of the company who would have to file form 4s if they sold. So many claims of all this selling, yet what is the actual %? Not even 10%
The inventor was an awful businessman and was part of the reason Elite almost went bankrupt falling off the Amex. Brilliant scientist though. Investors are glad he is no longer involved. But again not really relavent.
