Actually not facts.

Show me one form 4 where they show 150m share ownership.

They own about 77m shares

Shares were dispersed about 2 years ago to sub investors under Epic. Not sure what that has to do with anything.

Inventor of their tech has been long gone and paid for his tech. So what. Heck as was pointed out to before Elite licensed their tech to Celgene. IP and patients are licensed and bought all the time. Whether the original inventor is there or not is not really relevant.

Financial controls is because they are a small company but they are fully audited. Was discussed on the conference call. They could hire a full finance department but chose to spend their money on the product.

Actually very little debt. About 4.5m dollars. In fact over 100m has been put into the tech and very little debt...

Multiple trials scheduled for multiple product with about 4 billion dollar market.

Just to address some of the misinformation

Whats the market value of just one of the ART products?. The math SAYS OTHERWISE, and your facts implode, lol. Then look at PPS % change, you quickly see where this is going.
How much do you think 4-5 ART products worth?
What goal did the CEO put on his staff for 2014??

The multibillion dollar pipeline can be viewed on Elite's website.
