Yes, those seem to be valid arguments against SRSR being a scam, logically put forward and rational. I enjoyed your post~

I would add most scams crank out the Press Releases like 7 a week.... communication is absent in SRSR's case....

I didn't know Scott had a brother?

Any proof in the company numbers that shows this is being done?

What would you accept as "proof"?
I can show 100M+ shares being sold while the company has accomplished nothing.

I can show you millions in managment fees for a company that manages nothing.

I can show million in exploration for a company that has explored nothing.

Also, don't most scammers dilute a ton more than what's happened here over 5 years or so?

While I understand your point the dilution of "tons" is a matter of perspective. So while the scammers you are pointing out that have diluted (As example)1 billion shares have 8 billion already out there. They have a PPS of .002 and they yield 2 million dollars dropping "a ton" of shares.

The difference is nothing. Scott dilutes 100M and makes the same $2M

It isnt the amount of shares that matter it is the price they are at. If SRSR only had 8 million shares and diluted 1 million it would be exactly the same scam, just made at a $2 PPS.
$2M for nothing but lies. That is all the proof you really need. The company has spent millions and producing nothing but fees paid to Scott

Also, wouldn't a scammer have pulled a reverse split by now?

Yes. Most RS scams are worked the same way. They RS and about 6-12 months later they switch CEOs and Tickers and the new company starts over.
So when was the last RS of this scam?

Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 1000 split. Pay date=01/23/2006.

A year before Scott shows up.

How long do they last before the next one?

I have looked at many of the scams out there. Most RSs that I can see are between 3-5 years between.
It really depends on how big the RS is. If its a 1:20 the RS can be yearly. the 500: 1 last about 3 or 4 years and the 1:1000 last 7-10.
Scott still has at least 1-200M shares to go before he does the RS
If he dilutes heavy it could be in the next 12 months.

But the only reason heavy dilution would be an issue is if the PPS was dropping consistently and they were spending money they dont have on things they dont need like a COO, web page, and new property that will never produce anything.

IMO the CEO will change over before the RS on this round. Scott has lost the market confidence. his stories wont spin anymore unless he can come up with something new.
I dont think the market will respond to another "ACME Mining" JV partner.

So my guess is Scott will be stepping down sometime this year.
We will see SRSR get bought or RM into by some other company Scott will be paid shares in this new company and NioStar will be separated from the company since it is Scotts private company. Unfortunately for the shareholders they dont own shares in niostar so they will never see if the property gets mined.

But we will all have bright an shiny new shares in the next huge cellphone application or green energy company.
Who knows, we might even stay a mining operation and the new CEO can line up JVs with SOE.

Any proof in the company numbers that shows this is being done?

I can only ask you the same question....One word different

Any proof in the company numbers that shows anything is being done?
