Well perhaps "extended and completed" does not mean "signed", it means completed existing work with Army...They may have needed more time to complete the work they were doing after Jim's passing.


I do not contact AFTC, ever.

I am very please both with the current level of communication, the policy of communication, and the progress AFT is making with existing work and the potential work they have described.
