Not quite true. If an American company says they have a 43-101 compliant report, it is a lie. They cannot file with the Canadians and get the report approved, therefore, it is not a 43-101 report. Saying so, doesn't make it so.

MISM got slapped for issuing a 43-101 report, and are probably not stupid enough to try it again.
