I did not see ASTX, probably because of merger before 2013 ended. Same for TSRX.

AMRN is incorporated in Ireland .... the list is US only with the exception of a few Canadian stocks ....

2013 IPO's and buyouts are missing since the list includes only stocks trading both at the start and end of the year ....

Other stocks may be missing due to industry categorization which is subjective for some companies ...
