Well, to be accurate, MJNA was supposed to own percentages of its subsidiaries but we know by now that they never invested in RDH and never invested in Canchew. It seems to me that they just want to make money with as little investment as possible. Phytosphere only cost them 40,000 and they were expecting to make 35M off of this initial investment so I'm guessing they are balkng at the idea of having to actually spend substantial amounts of cash on any companies.

I will not be surprised if MJNA suddenly announces a brand new company they plan to "invest" in in order to pump heir stock. It's just a matter of time.
