dwh, The NJEDA program is fantastic for NJ based companies that fit the requirements to participate. $5,000,000 free and clear money is a huge boost to getting the products in the market place and doesn't cause dilution nor debt.
Once they turn profitable , they will be subject to NJ state taxes like any other profitable Company anywhere. They still have over $75,000,000 in Federal losses carry forward as well.
