oK JOEY....let's say they enter into some 144 paper this month. GUESS WHAT? IF, and that's and "if" the lenders convert, it WON"T be until at least July.
Unless they do another S1 which has already been ruled out in previous PR"s there will be NO free trading stock hitting this market for at least 6 months....
Only way is for restricted stock or 144 paper, BOTH of which need 6 months tacking period.
