Somebody loaded a substantial amount of shares (100,000+) at .83 with one buy, don't see any insider activity but that's a pretty good sign. Technicals just went positive in a big way and may be enough to get some of the sideliner T/A traders in the game.

Holding on waiting for interest and money to flow back into resource stocks.

Looks like it is with SAS and THM and LSG. All have posted healthy gains since tax loss December.
