"long time ago"??? well I suppose that depends on one's definition. They began dispersing in April 2012. That continued until recently. They were "dispersing" to "members", none of who have any reporting obligations. That is the purpose of these LLC transactions. But hey, here is a FACT, Epic converted into over 150 million, they hold 75 million. hmmmmmmmm
