The only thing that I'm not too sure of when it comes to time estimate is the front loading that Snizzle (I think it was Snizzle anyway) had mentioned. I haven't seen any here and although that is not always the case prior to a stock running up it usually precedes it at least to some degree.

I still just cannot imagine this dragging on much longer especially with the things mentioned before. Mainly politics! Honestly, what a joke...The country needs an inexpensive form of energy and this whole project has been pushed back (my opinion anyway) due to some garbage politician(s) wanting to get elected and have this as their big prime achievement at the most convenient/opportune time for them, not the people.

Okay, enough ranting about crooked, deceptive, grubby little self centered politicians...

Or they could campaign on the promise of getting it done, rather than having a new administration start the process all over. Either way, I'm sure this is a political football that is being kicked around. Would be nice to get some info on the campaigns of those seeking election, to more clearly understand if this is an issue of the coming elections. A few campaign speeches would enlighten all of us, if we even knew who was up for election and what they are saying. If anyone here is fluent in Spanish, it would be a cool thing to checkout the elections down there (as publicized in the press down there) to see if this is even an issue in the upcoming elections.
