Lemmy, don't you think it depends on the details of the offering? Let say they sell 5M shares of preferred at $20/share with some type of conversion to common at a discount to market with some type of hold period. Maybe the dilution could be less than a straight common share dilution right now. Maybe the market is waiting for this detail to reward or hammer pphm.
