You do realize that the initial filing was 2008 the latest update was filed 12/30/2013 check the tab "History"!

No pink is right. Look on the Wyoming page and click the history tab. You'll see the amendment dated 12/30/13.

No, it was not. That is the companies permanent filing ID with the state of Wyoming that was established when the company filed its original Articles of Incorporation.

Look at this line in the History tab:
See Filing ID Initial Filing 11/26/2008

and now go look at the top of the page and see what the Filing ID is.
