I do not know. I looked over the amount and I was concerned, so now I must research further to find out what percentage, but on the other hand seemingly small percentages now add up over time.
I am here to make money, not watch insiders sell a bunch of stock and profit. I just think there may be a connection with the share structure and the selling. I'm not sure yet. Maybe I will become enlightened by some members on the board.
I am not an analyst, but I am careful.
