Really? Which insiders and what % Of their holdings have they sold? You do realize that this has been covered numerous times?

Those insiders have to pay Elite for the transfer of each drug in the Epic agreement as well as the manufacturing costs. That means that Elite's overhead on those products is minimal and much of that money you claim is making insiders rich is actually going to Elite which avoids dilution as the company doesn't have to use LPC as much for the trials. It also makes Elite a very profitable drug company outside of the ART program.

Funny they are all paid in stock and not a lot of stock at that. The chairman just decided to forgo 10% interest in lieu of company stock on his 600k loan..

Son tell !e what % of their holdings have they sold this past year? Was it even 10%? 5%? You do realize that for every Epic transaction there are 5 form 4s right?

I do not understand. Please clarify the following.
1. The price per share of ELTP at roughly .12 and the reasons for or against a R/S. Is it better the company does a R/S or are you implying the company conducts a stock split, or do nothing in regards to either?

2. Please provide proof the insiders are profiting immensely. Based on the current SEC filings I see Epic Investments are selling shares and still own millions. Are they selling these shares at a profit or loss?

3. Please provide proof that the companies drugs and business is good as the stock is only trading around .12

4. Please provide proof the insiders are greedy.

Thank you in advance for your attention to detail and your response.
