For example their Facebook page. They created a profile, which is for an individual person, not a company or organization. They need to create a page. That way people don't have to add them as friends. They get internet presence. If someone actually buys their product, they like it, or like the page and can share it with their friends creating a growing awareness for a product.
Word of mouth has forever been how businesses grow and now adays social media is the word of mouth on a much larger scale.
This is definitely lacking with these guys which makes them look amateur for sure. Even if I did buy the juice at a store, I would search for them online. Then look at their weak website, facebook, and pintrest pages and turn away. If I was a new investor looking into these guys that would also be one of the first things I would look at and again be turned off.
If anybody actually has anything to do with this company, this is one easy thing that can be addressed. Big deals and marketing and getting your product in stores is important, but building a following is what will bring you success in the long run and product awareness is what is needed now.
