TDA was still restricting new positions AFTER.......

TEMN went above .001 in October. Now that restriction is gone.

How do they announce a chill is lifted? Do they notify the issuer or just do those lame alerts no one can find?

As I work for a brokerage, I used an internal transfer number to get a DTC clearing specialist on the line, using my brokerages participant # It is CERTAIN that the only restriction the TEMN ticker is facing is the clearing of DRS only registered shares. The DTC is clearing all trades which are comprised of shares held in book form, otherwise it is a certainty that the broker/dealer under which I am a registered rep would NOT allow the retail exchange of TEMN shares. In the words of Robert Goule'; "its a rap!"
