I have understood the South American Mining Media site and Roberto de Silva to be the IR branch of Medinah Minerals: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=79599670
Is this reasonable to assume?

We know this-

*-The website for South American Mining Media (SAMM) is "under contstruction".
For all intents and purposes, it has ALWAYS been "under construction" since Jet Pilot and others first discussed this 15 months ago.

*-SAMM is not registered to do business in the state of Washington according to the WA Secretary of State. The physical address found for SAMM (as, again, JetPilot indicated) is a mail box drop. SAMM's registered agent (at least for web registration purposes) is Larry Austin in Vancouver, BC. I bet you $1.00 you can guess who he is/was likely affiliated with whom also happens to live in Vancouver, BC.

*-"Roberto's" email address no longer works, assuming it once did.

*- Best of luck finding any information on the Canadian address listed. Ironically, Google searches for this info point back to iHub! No, I am not making this up.

JetPilot did yeoman's work in other ihub boards trying to get to the bottom of this, but that is DD for you to do on your own. I suspect you will be unsatisfied with what you find (and don't find).

Of course, you may assume whatever you choose. I assume that Medinah does not have an IR branch (other than sporadic "odds & sods", updates, and Yuletide greetings that apparently Greg, JJ and Tenney occasionally author); rather, they enjoy "networking" tasty tidbits through carefully selected sources. Best of all, multiple sources can "confirm" each others' story.

I'm beginning to believe the elusive "Roberto" is actually "Manolo", the nanny whom Pete Campbell's aged mother wed on "Mad Men" prior to falling off a cruise ship.
