A reverse split will happen....when nobody knows.
You can't have the billions of shares out.that albky has because he shareprice will never raise enough to have institutions by in. Institutions can't buy into a stock until the share prices is at $5. Thus at some point a reverse split will happen to get the share-price over $5 so that institutions can buy in

One more thing that's bad about a reverse split. Look at NBG after it did their reverse split. The reverse split made NBG a $10 stock and then a little while later it was down to one dollar and change. That is why the stock is not moving as people don't want to into a stock and then have a haircut of 80%
