According to T/A the A/S and O/S are pretty much locked. Company that was LOI holds most of shares. This is what I'm reading. Please provide any actual proof if you are seeing else. Or the negative comments are just only your opinions also. I'm holding for news. No company does numerous filings to get current for no reason.
