It available on Pacer under the court filings but you have to pay for it unfortunately. Yes it is big for TISA in that it could severely affect their business if they lose (which is obviously MITK's gain) and it certainly looks like MITK got there first. TISA might be better off paying to license the technology than trying to fight this in court. If they lose their business model is in question so I'm not sure this is worth it for them. The upside for MITK is that they would have stronger market share than they already have.
