#94252 RE: Topfuel #94248

VERY powerful things going on with Oak Ridge, and MBS:
I guarantee that some will be posting in the future that they should have bought those 02's when they were sitting there for months. lol

Keep one thing in mind.....GTGP was asked to do a full analysis for capital costs for a waste processing system to be installed at the CERCLA landfill adjacent to Y12 and a price per ton for treatment using MBS for 100 tons per day for a period of five years.

Below is a running timeline for the progress that is being made regarding the possibility for an Oak Ridge contract.

June
2013

MBS Team member met with DOE at Oak Ridge to discuss further uses of MBS treatment for soil and water contamination.

July
2013

Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management (DOE) and Pro2Serve (p2s.com) request the two 2003 and 2004 MSE reports about MBS treatment of mercury contaminated Oak Ridge Soils. MBS team provides the MSE reports to Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management. They were also provided with the Oak Ridge power point presentation and the Brookhaven MBS Treatability Study.

September
2013

MBS Team checks to see that the two MSE reports and MBS presentation were received. Pro2Serve and DOE EM personnel explained that the focus was for interim water treatment for mercury.

October
2013

Pro2Serve inquires if MBS could be incorporated into a CERCLA
landfill design for soil and water treatment in the event of a
liner breach. MBS Team provides information with different ideas
how to incorporate MBS in a landfill design.

November
2013

MBS Team member at Oak Ridge for a meeting with Pro2Serve to discuss using MBS as a reactive barrier in the landfill design. Landfill information was exchanged and it was decided that J3
would run some experiments that would simulate landfill applications for MBS. Uranium contamination was also discussed and the J3 Waste Management 2013 paper and HgCS-102 mercury cleaning solution information was provided to Pro2Serve.

December
2013

MBS Team requests Oak Ridge soil samples for landfill experiments.
The DOE Project Manager was informed about the MBS landfill tests
and he agreed to get soil for the testing in early 2014.

GTGI is FAR from done, AND as for the financials, Jim is no scammer, and if he does have GTGP acquired by someone else, then the financials issue is DONE, and if he gets a big enough contract, or two, then I would fully expect that being the CEO, he has the right to file the financials for GTGP, and bring us current, and THEN go through with an acquisition, OR NOT. Simple, right? Probably a prudent move, imo, would be to pick up some of those GTGP shares which DO SIT ON THE GREYS, but can just as easily come off the greys with current financials, or have your shares as part of the acquisition that he has PR'd about, and they will also be off the greys at that point. Very little downside as I see it, and MUCH more upside potential.
