From what information are you basing your accusation on?
Have you ever looked at the background of BioHeart? How far they've come? The advances in their technology and FDA-APPROVED trials? The people that make up the Board of Directors?
Their Chief Scientific officer was awarded with being one of the top 25 most influential scientists of 2013.
The CEO was given multiple awards this year and last year, and recently personally appointed by Florida's governor to be on his Workforce Board of Directors.
And that's not mentioning the millions of dollars the Board of Director members have personally invested into the company... which is all verifiable through the required SEC forms.
Just because this isn't a stock you can flip overnight doesn't mean its a scam. It is a development-phase company with no solid commercialization yet due to still conducting FDA trials. But they are, apparently, in the process of commercializing outside the U.S.
The company should be pushing more effort towards awareness, but there is nothing that would lead me to think or see BHRT as a scam.
