Why would MISM file a new 43-101? The old one got them in trouble, and so would a new one. MISM is not a Canadian company, therefore, a 43-101 report is not acceptable, then, now or in the future.
These guys are scammers, flat-out, unabashed, and verging on ridiculous. No, I am wrong, they are not verging on ridiculous, they simply are ridiculous. Surely, nobody would be dumb enough to believe they have the amount of gold on their claims that they claim, or any gold (or rhenium, or whatever else they are claiming) for that matter.
Wingett probably couldn't contain himself when he put together those PR's - must have been rolling on the floor laughing because he knew a few people out there would actually fall for it.
