Yep. Technically no "wrong doing" just failure on Bannister's part. She shouldn't have been babbling in the forward looking statements, and shareholder updates, just for the sake of propping up the share price. All she managed to do was give more power to the stock promoters which in turn HURT more people. This POS should have just gone quiet and withered away. But no, now it ends up as a true scam where before it was just a pipe dream gone down the toilet.
