They planned this well in advance, put out the phony PR to dilute more saying they want to increase shareholder value, which ones...the ones who own now...or the ones who WILL YET own AFTER the RS when they dilute this to oblivion.

Then after diluting again when they put out PR a few weeks ago, follow it up with the RS 1-750 AS increase 1-30!!!

Why not say this first IF you had the shareholders interest at heart, who've carried this company. Nah...
