I say "your problem" because you take a position based upon the result of corruption and use it as the definition....

by your logic, you should hate liberty because it spawns or degenerates into despotism/totalitarianism....

if you had "laws on the books"....what happened?

your blaming the corporation (which is a legal non-entity) for wrong-doing and corruption....

you're blaming the wrong party....
