The pressure is on Big Pharma because they all need some form of drug = immunotherapy.

If you are a Big Pharma with no drug to combine with Bavituximab .... thats "BIG" pressure moving forward.

I am still amazed that I can't find one single instance of a small biotech with market cap such as Peregrine--- that attracts the prestigious law firm known for Mergers/Acquisition globally in "K&L Gates Law Firm" and then on top of that is able to file a S-3 for $100 Million ....

sounds to me like Peregrine has been advised that they "SHOULD NOT" accept a low ball offer

Big Pharmas move now because once these preferres shares are handed out and Peregrine has lawsuits dismissed and who knows what news will be released : )
