This is not a knock against Joseph Thornburg.

Example:IMO, If UNQT gets sued by a regulatory agency in the future, the agency usually sues the company and old management. New management aka JT will have to settle with them on behalf of the company. Old management, Con Man Lance and Matt Nicoletti will get the fines, disgorgement, penny stock fines, and perhaps jail time.

The change in control of management doesn't wipe the slate clean from UNQT being named in future regulatory actions.

Your example: Bill Gates or 999/1000 others would pass on a shell/ticker that's been riddled with fraud and diluted to the max. 999/1000 others would likely shop for another shell that's not bleeding and wounded like UNQT.

Generally speaking, penny stocks are full of frauds and criminals = Could you imagine a law that wiped a ticker clean from prior frauds because they filed a change of control for new management/ownership?

So any company that changes ownership/management is the same no matter what as long as they have the same name? UNQT is always going to be UNQT whether it is Charles lance or Bill Gates in charge?

If Bernard Ebbers would have filed a change of control for new ownership before it crumbled would worldcom have been set free from all the Fraud Ebbers committed?

Old Management may depart, but New Management has to keep the old baggage.

Funny though how UNQT just dropped some of its luggage - like those Natural This and That companies that were suddenly and inexplicably "private" again. I suppose Old Management has driven around the block by now and picked those bags up! LOL

Hopefully, JT kept his toothbrush and change of underwear in his carry-on.
