The Preferred "E" shares that were filed.......

have far more weight than the Preferred "A" shares that weren't.

It's all corporate legal mumbo jumbo that has to be dealt with. An auditor has to validate the claims which is all filed within the jurisdiction.

I wonder how TEMN's last 10K got an auditors signature? The 60 preferred shares are listed.
