hey...sticky this post....we have dopey's post stickied, so lets get this one up there!

Basically they can do nothing about it, with all do respect, they can't. It is simply traders either taking advantage of the situation or some one that feels wronged from past history of the stock and is able to manipulate it to keep the company from profiting off of the newbie's. remember this is a stinkie pinkie.

Some scream MM manipulation and others blame it on weak sellers.

As all pimkie stkie's go, buy and sell at your personal risk.

I cannot and will not address allegations of stock manipulation. My co Director and I are acutely aware of 100 share prints, every few minutes. No market that I am aware of should allow this to happen, it is blatant and simply ridiculous.

We have formulated a plan of action and are awaiting our Lawyers to implement it. Once that is completed, everything will be filed and announced. Yes, we will be taking advantage of the low stock price to benefit our stockholders as well as our long term debt holders.

well tob999 there is your answer right there in the e-mail from ted. they plan to sell more shares to pay for some loans. thats wounderful news. for all the shareholders that are in the red. sounds like a good buissnes plan.to let all of the shareholders pay for it. i wouldnt buy not 1 share in this money pit. companys like this is how fools part with thier money. all in my opinion
