Remember that Vela is run by and for the benefit of George Alvarez, his family and friends. Hence, George will remain. If and when the opportunity again presents itself for them to benefit THEY might then do something. Anyone seriously INVESTING here should read the SEC Filings and study the history - not the
PRs.

For now expect a serious run-up in the OS followed by an RS which MAY present an opportunity for a Pump & Dump play. Maybe.
