re ITSI: I guess investors are focused on the drop in backlog, as if that were unforseeable as the company completed one of the biggest contracts in its history!

I suggest you read all of Zen Lunatic's DD on the company on the ITSI board, and, combined with the company's incredible balance sheet and small public float, make an independent decision as to whether $.85 is full value for this one.
