Well then it seems to me if Sandy is so concerned as he mentioned in an email, he should say so publicly now so we all can believe what you have stated! Without it dilution is the only explanation!

Scenario:
MICA and USBB sell short 2 billion shares back when the stock was at .0065 and 6 months later now that we have a viable company they have to cover.

Is the transfer agent lying to us? IF there's no dilution and little, if any, selling by legitimate shareholders, the only explanation left is massive shorting (naked and otherwise). With the signal presence of Bishop here, that scenario is plausible.
