Courts always stamp evidence with a date/time stamp. An official notice that is has been accepted as evidence.

Kerry, you are misinformed. In this electronic age, for many years most court documents have been uploaded directly to PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) and don't show any manual stamp from the court.

If you're not familiar with PACER, you can learn about it from its website: http://www.pacer.gov/

Documents uploaded to PACER include a case number and docket number header in the same location a fax header would be at the top of the page, but is in blue.

PACER documents can be accessed by anyone who registers an account including a credit card to pay the $.10/page fee for viewing or downloading documents.

I've had a PACER account for several years but have had rare occasion to use it recently.
