It is also rather curious that Walgreens had to even supplement its invalidity
contentions in the first place. As MMR points out, six of the prior-art references are
cited in the very patent that is the heart of this litigation. And the seventh reference is
Walgreens’ own website. It is difficult to imagine that Walgreens “recently
discovered” its own former webpage and the patent that has been center stage in this
lawsuit for some 11 months.

MMRF: January 13th tic toc....5 trials rolled into one high stakes Markman hearing is on the way.

On Monday, December 9th, the Court issued an order consolidating Markman hearings in all pending MMR cases including Walgreen Co., Quest Diagnostics, Jardogs, LLC consolidated with Allscripts, and WebMD Health Corp. As part of the order, the Court ordered all parties to appear on January 13, 2014 to discuss a consolidated Markman hearing schedule pertaining to both the '466 Patent and the '883 Patent.

Hmmmmmm, sure is a coincidence that around the 18th Nov. is when MMRF RAN out to Walgreens hdqters? And the avid interest and settlement statements along with previous radio interview that followed coincidence also? Foot in mouth.
Looks like MMRF interested parties might want to re-evaluate the "assumed" "congrats"..
Looks like it was all over invalidity claims being sought....LOL
How the penny world and MMRF life goes...Look at all the volume from the latest filings....

Court finds that the putative motion lacks merit, the Court denies it in substance
