Who even cares about this Promissory note garbage? IT'S IRRELEVANT TO THE PPS THAT'S FELL FROM .002 TO .0003 IN A MATTER OF WEEKS BECAUSE OF THE LIES WE WERE TOLD!

WHAT IS IMPORTANT IS THE FACT THAT YOU AND YOUR CEO HAVE LIED TO EVERYONE PUBLICLY!

Your OWN FINANCIAL is the very proof that WE WERE OUTRIGHT LIED TO! And Now YOU'RE TRYING TO BLAME IT ON FRAUD THAT YOU "CLAIM" WAS DONE TO THE TRANSFER AGENT? BUT YOU HAVE FAILED TO PROVIDE ANY PROOF WHATSOEVER THAT THIS FRAUD STORY IS EVEN TRUE? YOU COULD BE LYING ABOUT THAT AS WELL?

Until this Company provides some Proof that Fraud was Indeed Committed against the T/A & the Company, I for one am not believing any of it until I see PROOF OF IT!

I am also contacting my Attorney about filing a lawsuit for my losses here, because I invested here BASED ON A LIE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY!

Also I asked seaman earlier to darken the sigs of Peter on the note it's strange that by very closely looking at peters sigs they may be to close. Identical also of witness and Peter were there at the same time to sign a legal doc usually you use the same pen why is peters nowhere near legible as witness sig??

Than why did you not file your complaint with the court? Peter offered no defense.

I'm waiting for your proof of forgery. You have none. Maybe that is why Peter's corporate counsel has resigned and is attempting to withdraw from Peter's representations. I think, no - I known, the Judges on several cases are looking at Peter's former attorney and Peter very minutely.

Remember, company's representative have no immunity and the Company has no liability insurance. The documents are not forged....the only thing that appears amiss are paid company promoters not disclosing their relationship to the company in a timely manner or sufficient disclosure. The only thing amiss are company representatives making outlandish comments and representations that they can and will be held personally liable for.
