I am glad you finally admitted that my friend's promissory note is not converted into shares...like the previous accusations made!!!!!

Now we need to address Peter's personal guarantee. I would suggest taking out the personal guarantees on the next round of toxic financings by IBS. Yes that is right, the one and same toxic financier hired by PV on the last go around.
