The stock was $.50 last year and $1.75 two years ago

The new CEO got swindled into owning 2 Billion Shares and becoming the Sole Director, CEO and Secretary of UNQT.

Does it really matter how he got here? It would appear to me that from his published quote he knows what to do and is arming himself with the proper tools to get this back reporting again and to do it legally. As it has been mentioned before he is ex military and in my opinion "structure" probably comes easy for him!
