It is a public record in the court case. It has not been satisfied.

Is Peter telling you something that is UNTRUE? Is Peter telling you also "THAT HE OWNS SHIPS"? Is Peter telling you also, "THAT THE SHIP IS CERTIFIED; IT HAS ITS CERTIFICATES"? Is Peter being telling you that also, "THAT THEY ARE GETTING READY TO BOOK PASSENGERS ON HIS SHIPS"?
