Might not be possible by Dec 31st if they're hoping to include financials from EIP merger. The merger will still take time, and they gave themselves 4 months after October 25 (I believe this is accurate). So while it's possible, there's still that chance that they expected it to take closer to the 120 days. And financials might be included afterwards. I'm not sure when their quarter ends tbh, would be nice if someone shared that, though.
