I think in one word probably misspelled
Fukushima.
There were a couple times when U stocks, and U price were lifting
and supply shortages could be seen a couple years out, then all
went flat because Fuku changed the global demand.
When the accident happened Japan shut down some reactors and is trying to go with N gas. Then a few months later Germany did some moratorium thing and then distanced itself from any Nukes.
About a year later, U price was coming up, and some U stocks caught a bid, then Fuku had the big radioactive water leak.
So to speak every time the uranium fuse is lit,
someone has been throwing water on it.
