#1533 RE: WhiteSahara #1530

air - I will be happy to ask those questions along with my own concerning the promised filing/PR (if no one beats me to it by 4pm). NDOL got theirs yesterday without the stock budging (maybe I can still get a piece of that one), hopefully our filing is right behind.
thanks for your interest and contribution to the board...RU
p.s. why were you thanking benz?

airdale1-GREAT point about selling Gold Mines to one of the Major Gold companies to develop and operate...

I think there might be a good chance of that happening, seeing how Gerald Parkin is an attorney and not a miner by trade. Perhaps he is already negotiating such a deal as we muse?

He only got into the deal when the audit firm presented the opportunity as a business deal. So obviously he's strictly in it for the busines aspect - not for the passion of "playing in the dirt!"

That would also free him up with time & resources to search for new Gold opportunities in Russia & elsewhere, as stated in Aurus Corp's corporate mission to increase shareholder's value.

Talk about a fast-trac business strategy!

Thanks for your thoughts, posts and analysis airdale1!

RUcrazy, please ask Gerald about the dividend idea to put the NSS activity "in check."

TIA,

SPOKE WITH PARKIN...answers to questions air, benz, 2create, and all of us would like to know.

1) When are we getting a filing and PR?

definitely next week (probably before thursday), delayed due to RSM and quantity of info that must be presented accurately, etc.

2) Do you have any plans to subcontract ore processing for zinc, copper, tin and lead?

not definite, but likely

3) Are there any quantities of uranium in area?

some areas used to be in/around uranium mines, but gold was overlooked to get the uranium out. some areas might have U but Parkin does not know about geological data.

4) Are there any Environmental concerns over lead ore being left about instead of being processed? Any other enviro type problems you forsee?

No known enviro concerns

5) Have you thought about bringing on partners for portions of the processing?

Its a thought

6) What is your estimate of what the price tag be for equipment for the upgrading of the mines to meet full production capablities?

He has list of equipment but has not priced it yet (I'm not impressed with this answer because you can't get financing unless you know how much you need)

7) Japan is probably closer than Europe, is equipment from there an option?

depends on how soon equipment is available more than price so increasing production is not significantly delayed

8) What is your time frame to achieving your full production goal?

can't answer

9) Are you basing the full production goals on Victor Feldbush's estimates?

partly Victor and partly RSM data

10) Do you have you a target goal for share value? If so can you share that goal?

can't answer

11) Would you consider $350 per ounce of gold a good basis from which to estimate costs of your production?

We'll see next week

12) Typically kilns must be heated 24/7, have they been running three shifts or skeleton crews to maintain the kilns?

not currently producing 24/7, don't know about kilns

13) Will there be more than one location with crushers, kilns and smelters

yes, there are 7 total properties from which they are producing, some are not in close proximity. they will streamline as much as possible

14) Will you fully equip all three sites with dredges, shovels, maintenance and trucks?

as many sites as needed

15) If gold hits $750 or $900 per ounce as some are saying, would you consider selling the mines for $1.50 per ounce value?

no sale of mines for currently undervalued price, but will look to possibly JV to help share costs to increase production (instead of looking to get everything financed). It may be possible to increase even beyond 384,000 oz/yr with enough help (of course AURC loses some of their share of AU)

16) Sale of stock for $$$$ to increase production?

not at these levels. I think he would if PR/filings adequately increase share price closer to where AURC should be valued.

I wouldn't mind him selling 100 million shares at 1.00/share after some news/filings to get things going better.
even producing 75,000 oz/yr this should be valued around $1.25 at current OS.

17) dividend idea to keep NSS in check?

still considering, its a possibility if it's kosher with SEC (doesn't sound like it's in the works yet).

Sorry benz, but I have to hold a few more days. I'm giving Parkin another try. He had halfway decent explanation for delay of filing, etc. I forgot that the third world is not as timely as our fine land.
